Don’t miss out on a fun day at the Crystal Lagoon Salt Waterpark if you are on a family vacation! As the first manmade seawater lagoon in Southeast Asia, this place is massive and offers an extensive range of recreational and sporting activities.

Kids will most definitely enjoy exploring the waterpark rides, jumping on the bouncy castle, playing the bumper boat or riding the ATV while the adults can relax at the clear blue lagoon. This is a great way to escape the heat as well while laughing the day away!

One of the greatest things about Bintan Island is the ecodiversity here, and that includes not just the lush jungles but the mangrove forests as well. Mangroves are an important part of the ecosystem in this island as it is the habitat for fish and other marine life, as well as being the protector of the coastline.

Go on a mangrove river tour to catch a glimpse of the wildlife either hanging about in the trees or lurking in the river. Another great option is also going for the night tour as you get to see the twinkling of fireflies lighting up the trees. This is a great activity to teach kids the beauty of flora and fauna and the importance of conservation efforts!

Head to Lagoi Beach where you laze around admiring the crystal clear water and soft sand while your kids run around making sandcastles.
