Rooted in oral tradition, "Myths and Legends" activities have always been part of Native culture. In fact, the evening "Myths and Legends" activities offer you an experience inspired by traditions that go back thousands of years! By telling you about the creation of Mother Earth, the Pleiades and other myths that shaped their childhood, Isabelle will shed light on the culture of the Huron-Wendat Nation from a completely different angle. These evenings are suitable for both children and adults.​

Philippe is first and foremost a gourmet enthusiast. He travels the world in search of the terroirs and artisans who shape the culture of beer, but also that of spirits. As a resource person for various associations, media and producers, he shares his knowledge with enthusiastic consumers through a variety of experiences.​

• Food and beer pairings: Faced with five beers, would you be able to identify the aromas and tastes of each one, and imagine creating beer and food pairings according to the detailed principles? Of course, tastes can be combined into salty, sweet, bitter and sour, but finding the perfect match is a quest that only a true gourmet can succeed in.​

• Spirit tasting: Join us for a sensory journey through the world's distilleries at our next whisky tasting workshop. This exclusive event is designed for whisky enthusiasts and neophytes alike, curious to delve into the complex world of this emblematic beverage.​

At Club Med Quebec Charlevoix this summer, from June 1st to August 31st, exclusive recipes conceived by Chef Maxime Lizotte from the Wolastoqiyik Wahsipekuk First Nation. Inspired by the authentic First Nation culinary tradition and with its free interpretation of local product, Maxime Lizotte will create exclusive dishes for Club Med Québec Charlevoix.

• In Le Chalet:​ Creation of bites for the aperitif board of Le Chalet, to showcase local products from Charlevoix as well as from the Wolastoqey ancestral territory, not forgetting products from Wahsipekuk (the St. Lawrence River).​ Available every evening.

• In Le Marché: ​Creation of a starter, main course and dessert for a restaurant food station dedicated to "Maxime Lizotte - guest chef of the First Nation Wolastoqiyik Wahsipekuk First Nation". ​Available every Tuesday night.
