Club Med will price match your existing booking (excluding flights). The offer is valid until 28 February 2022 for travel dates between 1 November 2021 and 30 April 2022. The offer is applicable to guests who postponed their travel from 1 March 2020 and are holding their payment as a future travel credit – or to guests who hold a booking for travel before April 2021 and will need to postpone their departure due to the Outbound Travel Ban imposed by the Australian Federal Government.
We will price match your existing Club Med holiday (excluding flights). The new booking must be like-for-like as the previous booking in terms of the travel date, destination, room type, length of stay, number of guests and seasonality. If your original travel dates fall between 22 January 2021 – 12 February 2021, your 2022 holiday will be affected by a seasonality change due to Chinese New Year; however, a suitable alternative will be provided. Our price match promise for credit holders expires on 28th February 2021 (or until sold out) after which time, prices may increase. Any additional costs, such as kids price change due to being in a different age group, etc, are at guests own expense. If you have also booked your air travel with Club Med, we will follow the policy of your chosen airline.
