The Green Farmers program
We support small farms to offer guests healthy, fresh and sustainable local products grown in agro-ecology. In 2020, we purchased almost 7 tons of fruits and vegetables from local farms.
Reducing food waste
Since 2018, our Resort is equipped with a monitoring system that tracks and reduces food waste. In one year, several tons of food waste can be saved.
