Refer a group to earn a free stay in Club Med

When it comes to doing successful business in 2020, few actions are as effective as referrals and word-of-mouth. An increasing number of groups and companies from Hong Kong are choosing our Club Med resorts every year for their meetings, events or incentive trips. Yet, many of these group’s decision makers first hear about Club Med when a colleague, friend or family member shares about their wonderful & unique experience in our villages. We believe these Club Med ambassadors should be duly rewarded for suggesting our resorts to their teams and/or making the right introductions.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

When a person you refer to Club Med confirms a group booking of at least 50 guests, Club Med is pleased to reward you with a free stay for 2 people in a Club Med resort of your choice. The larger the group, the more free nights and choices of resorts you can benefit from.

Step by step:

  1. Introduce a friend or colleague to the Club Med Hong Kong Meetings & Events at sales.hongkong@clubmed.com
  2. If the referral results in a successful confirmed group booking of 50pax and up, you are entitled to free stay reward
  3. See below table for reward entitlements depending on confirmed group size
  4. Choose your destination and enjoy your free stay!

Terms and Conditions

For referee:
• Referral Reward includes free land packages for 2 adults (excluding flights and transfers).
• Blackout dates apply, including holidays and other dates, subject to rooms availability.
• Referee must confirm its free of charge trip no later than 3 months after referred group travel dates.
• Referee’s free of charge trip must be completed no later than 6 months after referred group travel dates.

• 12 months validity starting on Group booking confirmation date.
• The referee must obtain the permission of his/her employer in written in order to accept the complimentary stay in Club Med. This written permission from the referee’s employer must be presented to Club Med prior to accepting the reward.

For referral groups:
• Only bookings through Club Med Hong Kong or bookings through licensed HK Travel Agent to Club Med Hong Kong are valid.
• Group must travel a minimum of 2 nights.
• Group must nominate the referee to Club Med when booking, maximum of one referee per group booking.
• Companies/groups who decide to nominate a referee must obtain the permission of their employer in written in order to provide complimentary stay in Club Med to a referee. Referee must also get written permission from his/her employer in written in order to accept the complimentary stay in Club Med. This written permission from the referee’s employer must be presented to Club Med prior to accepting the reward.
