At what time can I arrive at the resort?
The arrival and departure times at our resorts had to be changed so that we could comply with the health measures imposed by the authorities, especially for the specific cleaning of private and public areas.

In case of personal arrival:

• You may only arrive at the resort between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Rooms will be available between 4pm and 8pm.
• Departure: all rooms must be vacated before 10 a.m., departure from the resort by 3 p.m. at the latest.

If you have booked a Club Med transfer:

• Your room can be made available on arrival (due to the added health measures, there may be a slight delay).

Will the swimming pools be open? Under which conditions?
We are pleased to inform you that our resorts' swimming pools are open (except for the Indoor pools and the Zen pool of Palmiye Hotel and Cefalù).
There are a few points to consider when using our pools:
§ A soap shower is mandatory before entering the pool.
§ A path is organized so that people entering the pool meet as little as possible with those leaving the pool.
§ The capacity of our swimming pools is limited depending on the surface (1 person for 4m² in and around the pool).
§ Our aquagym courses will take place
§ No team sport is organized in the swimming pool, the use of balls is prohibited.
§ It is currently not mandatory to wear a swimming cap, except in resorts in Italy (Pragelato Sestriere and Cefalù).

These regulations may change depending on the situation and local regulations in the regions in which our resorts are located.

Are there still buffets? What about restaurants? Do I have to reserve a timeslot and a table?
§ Even more flexible opening times give you more time to enjoy and share moments of conviviality with your loved ones.
§ The Gourmet Lounge / Beach Lounge is NOT open for breakfast and in the morning, and welcomes you for lunch and dinner.
§ It is not necessary to reserve a timeslot or a table in our main restaurants.
§ For our main restaurants, which usually have a buffet service: there will continue to be a presentation of the different dishes on the counters, our guests then go to the buffet and the kitchen team takes care of the service. As usual, there is no table service planned. A self-service service is offered in all of our restaurants, inviting you to new taste experiences: emotions with a varied and personal culinary offer, prepared in the plate.
§ For our Gourmet Lounge / Beach Lounge or Specialty Restaurants: the service is carried out as usual.
§ A minimum distance of 1m between the tables and between 2 backrests is enforced.

Are all sports activities retained?
Almost all of our sporting activities will continue this summer (trapeze, golf, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, yoga classes...). However, adjustments are required to apply health protocols, for example:
§ Group tennis lessons are NOT offered, but equipment is provided for playing within the family circle
§ The flying trapeze activity is retained, but without the catch
§ Even more regular disinfection of the different materials is carried out (mountain biking, trapeze, mats, etc.).
§ Team sports are only possible as part of the family. Games and tournaments are not allowed until further notice.
§ Our fitness rooms are accessible according to the usual hygiene regulations, but some of the equipment may not be available temporarily to comply with the legal physical distances.

What about the animations? GO shows?
Breathe, laugh, spend time together ... we have put together a safe atmosphere and an entertainment program for you. The traditional GO shows will NOT take place, however you can take advantage of live concerts, artistic performances, DIY workshops, local sweets, Games, family snacks ...; our G.O staff is preparing many surprises for you this summer.

We will mainly use the resort's open and wide spaces for festive atmospheres. Theaters, bars, terraces, gourmet lounges are offering Live music atmosphere and DJ sets used; Night clubs / discos remain closed.

Is it mandatory to wear a mask in closed rooms? When should I wear them?
It is recommended that you bring some masks with you, as the obligation of wearing a mask can still be mandatory in certain areas of the resort such as in the Kids clubs for example.

What if in the resort I am vacationing in someone is suspected of having COVID-19?
Of course we do everything in our power to avoid such situations. However, for your safety, each resort has a clearly defined procedure for suspected COVID-19 symptoms.
The resort has the contacts of various local organizations (such as the health authorities to be contacted, the hospital, the laboratory, the closest isolation options ...).

Any customer or member of our team who feels uncomfortable with symptoms of fever, flu, cough, or breathing problems will immediately be seen by a doctor for a diagnosis. We will then follow the advice of the doctor / health authorities and any suspected cases isolated according to our protocols. An external cleaning company is also consulted to clean and disinfect all affected rooms and areas.

Is there a medical presence in all resorts?
A doctor and / or nurse is present 7 days a week in each of our resorts.

Do I have to comply with any formalities before I travel?

How is the reception of my children in the children's clubs organized? What should I plan?
All of our child and youth care facilities have reopened in accordance with the measures listed. In the current context we must take measures to protect everyone's safety and offer you and your child a stay that meets your expectations. The GO® team looks forward to your child!

Baby Club (4 to 23 months), Petit Club (2 to 3 years), Mini Club Med (4 to 10 years)
If your child is enrolled in the Baby Club (4 to 23 months), Petit Club (2 to 3 years) or Mini Club Med (4 to 10 years): before you entrust us with your child, we ask you to systematically take its temperature every morning before you going to the Baby Club / Petit Club / Mini club. For children under 3 years, we recommend using a rectal thermometer to ensure the reliability of the measurement (it is less affected by fever caused by tooth growth). If the temperature of your child is below 38° C we will receive it with pleasure. If the temperature is above 38° C, we will ask you to keep your child with you until the symptoms go away.

• We kindly ask you to respect the barrier gestures when registering and at every reception: come alone with your child, wear a mask, respect the measures and disinfect your hands and those of your child at a safe distance.
• In this context, the child's arrival must be as quick as possible. We can discuss your desires and special needs of the child to adapt to the structure in more detail via other means of communication (telephone, email) in advance or after the drop off.
• For more security, you can only visit the buildings on the rest day of the Baby Club / Petit Club / Mini Club (Saturday or Sunday). For the remaining days of the week, these rooms are intended exclusively for children and GO®s.
  -If your child has symptoms during the day, their temperature can be measured by the GO / medical team.
• In the event of an emergency call, we ask that you pick up your child immediately.
• Hygiene and disinfection measures are intensified throughout the week.

For children under age 3 who are enrolled in the Baby Club® or Petit Club®
Important: documents and equipment that need to be prepared before arrival at the resort and taken with you:

• For children who are enrolled in the Baby Club Med® and Petit Club Med®, a medical certificate issued as close to your arrival date as possible is required, with proof of vaccination:
  * For French children or children living in France born before 01/01/2008, the presentation of the vaccination certificate with proof of updates for the required vaccinations for children under 2 years of age, at least the first two vaccinations for diphtheria, tetanus and polio, are required to be received at the Baby Club Med® and Petit Club Med®.
  * French children or children living in France who were born after 01/01/2008, will have to present a vaccination certificate or any other document confirming compliance with the vaccination obligation, ie 11 mandatory vaccinations according to Article R.3111-8 (resulting from the decree No. 2018-42 of January 25, 2018) of the French health regulations, to use the Baby Club Med® and Petit Club Med®.
• In addition to the usual equipment, bring an extra baby pacifier and blanket that will stay in the structure all week stay and do not returned to your room until the end of your stay.
• For children able to walk: bring a pair of clean shoes that will only be used in the Baby Club® and the Petit Club®.
• Take a thermometer with you. We recommend a rectal thermometer.
• Adult masks for the reception.

For children between 4 and 10 years who are enrolled in the Mini Club Med
Your children will be welcomed into the various activities in the Mini Club, separated by age groups. The mini club is from 8:45am to 5:30pm at sun resorts and from 8:30am to 5:00pm for mountain resorts, and closes in the evenings to thoroughly clean the structures. The Mini Club Show and Mini Club Dinner are therefore suspended, but many family activities will be offered in the evenings to spend special moments with them.

If your teenager wants to participate in the Passworld® (from 11 to 17 years)
The Passworld GO® team is ready to welcome teenagers and offer them a variety of new adventures and experiences. They must wear a mask within the Passworld if the safety distances cannot be maintained. We therefore ask you to take masks with you.

In addition, your teen should have their temperature taken every morning before joining the youth group. If its temperature is below 38° C, he is welcome to join the group, otherwise he has to wait until his symptoms have disappeared.
GO®s are equipped with a thermometer. If the teenager has symptoms during the day, the GO®s can measure his forehead temperature.
